3. Cancellation by Client
3.1 Single Sessions
- More than 48 hours before scheduled session: Full refund
- 24-48 hours before scheduled session: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before scheduled session: No refund
3.2 Program Packages
- Before program start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- Within first week of program: Refund of unused sessions minus 20% administrative fee
- After first week: No refund, but sessions may be rescheduled within contract period
3.3 Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellation requires 30 days written notice
- No refunds for partial months
- Services continue until end of paid period
4. Cancellation by Scyxaronskyx
If we need to cancel a scheduled session due to instructor illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances:
- We will notify you as soon as possible
- You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule
- No additional compensation is provided
5. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule sessions:
- First rescheduling: Free of charge with 48 hours notice
- Subsequent rescheduling: Subject to availability and may incur fees
- Rescheduled sessions must occur within the contract period
6. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control:
- Services may be suspended without liability
- Alternative delivery methods may be offered when possible
- Refunds will be provided on a case-by-case basis

7.1 How to Request a Refund

- Provide your booking reference and reason for cancellation
- Submit request within the timeframes specified above
7.2 Processing Time
- Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take additional 5-7 business days
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed sessions or services already delivered
- Custom program design fees
- Materials or resources already provided
- Administrative fees where applicable
9. Service Quality
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services:
- Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
- We will work to resolve issues and improve your experience
- Refunds for quality concerns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
10. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Finnish and EU consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer, you have the right to:
- Cancel distance contracts within 14 days of purchase
- Receive refunds for services not provided as described
- Seek remedies for defective services
